Credits and expiry
How credits work, what the packs cost, how long credits last, and when unspent credits can be refunded.
Leads are priced in credits. You buy credits in packs, then spend them on the leads you pick. What a lead costs depends on its best tier across the 6 services, whichever service you pick, and on whether you buy it shared or exclusive; the price list is in shared vs exclusive.
The packs
- 20 credits for $19
- 55 credits for $49
- 120 credits for $99
- 325 credits for $249
Creem takes the payment and issues the receipt. The credits appear in your balance once Creem confirms the payment, and we email you the new balance.
How long credits last
Credits from a pack last 12 months from the day you buy them. Spending always uses your oldest credits first, so the ones closest to expiry go first. We email you before any of your credits expire, and again when they do.
Credits that come back to you through the bounce guarantee go back to the pack you spent them from, and expire when that pack's credits do.
Refunds of unspent credits
If you have not spent a pack's credits, you can ask for a refund within 14 days of buying it. Write to us through the contact form. The money goes back to the way you paid, through Creem, and the credits leave your balance. The full terms are in the refund policy.
If you delete your account
Deleting your account ends it for good, and any credits you have not spent are lost. The confirmation before you delete it says how many.
